Behind the scenes of a data driven infographic

XPLANE, a Dachis Group company just posted an amazing detailed piece on the process they took to gather salary data, normalize it, then turn it into a high impact explanation graphic. I find the steps were incredibly comprehensive and thoughtful to develop just one graphic.
